2009 Queens Championship Tournament The tournament was once again held at Golden Pin Lanes in Tucson. We unveiled a new traveling championship plaque at the tournament. Entry fees remained the same with qualifying on Saturday and the Finals on Sunday. We had 17 entries this year which was down 2 from last year. Each entrant bowled a 6 game qualifier on Saturday and we brought back the top 6 on Sunday morning for the finals. Congratulations go to Tina Stickney for repeating as the Queens Champion. I would also like to commend Rosine Marschke who started Sunday morning seeded in 6th place. When the dust had settled and the scores verified, Rosine was in 2nd place, losing by only 1 pin. Below are the results from the tournament. |
