62nd Annual Arizona State USBC Open Tournament

The closing date for the open tournament is April 17, 2009, as printed on the Tournament Entry Form. The date of April 26, that was posted here was in error.

The tournament is being held in Phoenix this year. The team event will be held at Glenfair Lanes and the doubles & singles will be held at Christown. The dates are May 16 thru June 21, 2009.

Due to increased lineage costs over the past couple of years, we  have increased the entry fee to $23.50 per event. The $3.50 increase was put into the prize  to make the prize fund more substantial.

The Host Hotel for this event is the Embassy Suites North at I17 and Greenway. Look for additional information on the hotel shortly. We will also be including flyers in the confirmation letters with the hotel information.

2009 Open Championship Entry Form

Below are the final standings for the 2009 Open Tournament.  The checks have been mailed to the team captains. If you do not receive a check, talk to your team captain. Please cash the checks in a timely manner so we can clear the tournament.

The winners of the ball raffle were Donald Gangemi, Thomas Rounds, and Ernest Negroni. The balls have been shipped by UPS and should arrive shortly.
